Team spawn items by UID

If I want to spawn items for player by team such as.....
Team A UID XXXXXX , UID XXXXX, UID XXXXX,..... spawn with TShirt_Beige + Armband_Blue
Team B UID XXXXXX, UID XXXXX, UID XXXXX, ....spawn with TShirt_Blue + Armband_Orange
Team C ......
Team D ......
How to do that ? Thank for Idea.
