Was this added to the game at some point and I missed it? Or do I need to make a bug post about seeing one rolling around NWAF?

It'll be a hacker thats spawned it into the game so if you have a name/screenshot send it to the devs, or even a server name would help.

But yeah, it definitely shouldn't be there.
