  2. Find cfgplayerspawnpoints.xml (open in notepad++ or similar) 
  3. coordinates represent various spawnpoints , to create a custom spawnpoint enable debug monitor and grab the two corresponding coordinates.  
    enableDebugMonitor = 1; //shows info about the character using a debug window in a corner of the screen (value 0-1)
    ^put that in the config to get coordinate info for custom spawn points.
