Food/Water

So if u guys didnt know when your food and water is white there not full,there white cuz you have met its requirements so the cap for food is 20000 and water is 5000 so every sip of water is 50 so once the arrows stops going up or down while there's water or food in your Stomach,it will mean you have cap out on food or water.so just keep eating and drinking.i think bacon is 1000 food units.Good Luck Surviving.

Water

White: >500

Yellow: <500

Red: <250

Flashing red: 0

Water Drain While Moving

Walking drain: 0.22/sec

Jogging drain: 0.66/sec

Sprint drain: 1.10/sec
