I do not see my spawn location or rifle informations

basically i have two problems that make the game complicated for me.

1. at the beginning, when i spawn a new character i hear the typewriter but i dont see it. ive seen pictures from friends and i know where it has to be but its just not there.

2. (more important) i dont see any rifle informations beside my ammo count. no zeroing and not the firemodes. i hate it when i suddenly fire 3 bullets with my m16 or i have no idea about the distance set when sniping.

ive no idea what can cause that and changing the menu scale doesnt help too..maybe you have an idea :)?

i have the same issues also. no one helps. anyone have any ideas? its a massive disadvantage to us

also noticed from watching youtube vids, my gear menu is green, all the other dayz vids have brown gear menus
