GAME DOES NOT WORK Character Locked In Database

Just got on for my first ever DayZ experience and instantly got kicked out of the game and now cannot join any servers due to a character locked in the database can someone explain how to fix this or if it’s just a server problem

Shut down your Xbox 360 completely, as in unplug it so the Xbox reboots completely, then try opening Dayz and to log in again.
