Getting put into queue on a server with 8 people sometimes 0, although great job on the port

I have the same problem. I have the most success when I keep searching for servers between 15-25 current players and it takes a couple of times and I can usually jump in. Another tip that helped me out was making sure I was picking a local server and not trying to join a server in a foreign country.
