Character locked in database

Hi there I was killed in game and I went away from my TV for 5 minutes and when I came back it said I was kicked and character was locked in database. And it's been 40 minutes. What do I do?

It's funny, I'm having the exact same issue, I died went afk, and came back to it says I was kicked. I just thought I'd have to relog not sit here jumping through hoops just to get a response as to why it happened in the first place

This is probably because you all went afk. It also happens when you server jump (I.e to loot same building on different servers) the lock is usually between 15 mins and an hour from experience.
