Health won’t stop decreasing

Health will just go down out of no where. And I try bandaging and eating the whole 9 yards and I can’t bring it back. I eventually die has happened 3 times today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was playing yesterday with another guy and the same thing happen to us, no sickness, no thirst, no hunger and no freezing.

Before that we eat a raw chicken breast, but it doesn't seems that's the cause because I already do that many times, tips for this would be very helpful.
