Blood regenerates over time

So i bleed out the other day. id been runnign around on low blood for some time/a number of day and i kept cracking up at realism vs "hardcore".

In the real world you regenerate blood, its impossible not to otherwise you wouldnt last 3 days. but id been running around on low bloods for several days looking for a blood pack.

So with "realism" is it appropriate to add this feature into the game, it would be realistic but it wouldnt be "hardcore" liek the way the games apparently going ie spawning with nothing.

So should this be added in?

its regenerates in Dayz too - you should eat :)

beans = 200 blood

cooked meat = 800 blood

I mean on its on, your body does it without food

hehe shame you cant eat raw meat has more iron in it= more blood
