Clipping through walls in apartment buildings

What happened:

Character was able to clip through the wall near the stairwell inside one of the red apartment buildings across the street from the northern Cherno hospital.

Where you were:

Cherno, in a three-story apartment block opposite the northern-most hospital.

What you were doing:

Exploring and looting. Friend jumped over railing on ground floor of apartment block and was able to clip through the wall. I tried the same, to see if it was possible to recreate the bug and got stuck in the stairs and swiftly died.

It's more of an issue with the game, and happened on two systems with vastly different specs, I'm not sure how it would be relevant.

*Timeline of events before/after error:

Exploring an apartment block, a friend jumped over the railings on the ground floor of an apartment block and clipped into the wall. Afterwards we were able to play the game like normal with no negative consequences. I however was lodged into the stairs and was killed.
