Epoch + Ace Any ideas?

So I have been trying to put together an Epoch Ace server, but was running into a couple problems with getting ace to run on the server and I have no Idea why it refuses to work, when the server is launched with ace and I try and join the server is simply stuck at requesting authentication. Now that I havnt been able to solve this for awhile I decided to ask if anyone has any idea or experience to solving this problem, or if you guys are interested in a epoch ace server at all.
