"Server Outdated" When Trying to join

When I try to join my newly created server, I get a "Server Outdated" warning with Six, and once I launch the game I'm stuck in the "Waiting for host" message.

I had to change my IP address due to server moves in the DC, and I already submitted a whitelist ticket. Do I need to wait for this to properly replicate the DB?

Also, in the batch file there is a setting for -name=LocationID. Should I change this to my location id? ex. -name=CA 2

I fixed it by changing the template = dayz_INTANCEID.Chernarus; line in server.cfg. Chernarus was missing an R.
