Ingame Voice dont work for me

I have the Problem that people can not hear me in game. I met some people who had the same problem, i have not found a pattern or smthg.

My Teamspeak works fine, also Steam VOIP is configured. I have no idea whats wrong but i would like to speak to people in this version.

 

I didnt want to open a ticket in the case its my fault.

My VOIP was not working what so ever in DayZ but was fine in other programs. I couldn't find a fix for it that was straightforward so I decided to just re-install (Audio works fine now). If you don't really want to go with that route, you could try updating sound drivers, or switching from stable to experimental and back or vice versa.
