multiple monitor issues in exp

I am currently having problems with my 2nd monitor in .61 exp but not stable. This wasnt happening before in stable and is still not happening in stable. Vid setting are the same on each but when i go out of the game/alt tab etc when i bring dayz back up it moves from the original/main monitor it was displayed on and after doing so I cannot adjust the gamma or move it back  to org monitor and have to restart. I have read a few other posts on reddit with what seems are the same 2nd monitor issue and the only fix is to run windowed that i have seen but they are months old and not say anything about exp/stable. Any help would be awesome I have not posted on here before and dont know if this is where/how I should post.
