Tank Statue Podest/Foot/Foundation

Hey folks,

you surely know this stank statue, which you can find in Cherno or Berezino, right?

Well a friend of mine is totally into model making and just bought a model of the tank there. Now he would love to build the foot/podest/foundation of that thing to put the tank on top. But somehow he's too stupid (or too perfectionistic, I don't know^^) to take exakt measurements of that thing ingame to build it with styrofoam. And since I own a 3D printer, here comes my question: Is there a way to get the 3D file of that thing so I can print it for him? He would totally go apeshit if he finds that thing 3D printed in the mail for christmas, I tell you :D
