2sec delay/desync

For some reason several servers have a 2 second delay for me. It's the servers I mainly played on and somehow out of no where I just have a bug where everything has a 2sec delay. This happened around 4 months of me being on the server, it used to be fine.
If I shoot or put my gun on my back it instantly happens for my friends watching me but on my screen it takes 2 seconds before it happens. Zombies and players also run for 2 seconds, then they run in place for a second and then they continue to run again.
This is only happening on like 1/100 servers but sadly this started happening on our own server so I can't really not play on the server.

I thought it was my internet connection but I went to 3 different locations and everytime it's the same conclusion, a 2 second delay with the server.

So it must be my computer, I think? That's the only thing that makes sense.
I tried disabling all firewalls, changing settings, only have DayZ on but nothing works.
And again, this doesn't happen on many other servers. I can play with high fps, no lagg, no delay on other servers but then as soon as I go on our own server I got the 2sec delay/desyn.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or some ideas on what I could try to fix it?

Btw our server is from Norway and I live in France, tried 3 different locations with very good internet here in France but on all locations it's the same problem.
I have rather high ping to the server but it's only 20 higher (80 average for other servers and like 100 for our own server).


In short what I think it could be:
- Either something went wrong while playing on the server and now in the server database it keeps sending me packages wrong and thus causing this big desync/lagg.
- Or maybe Norway has some connecting issues with France? I got a fairly good ping to the server though but more like a connection problem or security problem?
- Lastly it could be something on my end but then again why am I fine on any other server and I have this delay on this specific server? I also tried everything from firewalls, settings, reinstalling but nothing worked.

I'm out of ideas though so if anyone has any tips or ideas I would be really grateful, even if it doesn't work there is always a chance that your idea could solve my problem.
