Black screen/ Unresponsive on start up FIX

I have literally had an issue for about three weeks where i was unable to launch the game, the screen would go black and the program would become un responsive, i have seen one or two people report the problem with no solution, 

i have tried EVERYTHING, anything suggested even remotely similar to my issues, but today after ranking up and extra three hours on my game clock i found a solution and my game now works again!

i just thought i would share what i did in the hope that it helps someone

not saying this will work for everyone (and i don't even know what possessed me to try it) 
but are you experience this and use FRAPS?, open up task manager and end the process of FRAPS and try load the game

FRAPS was literally the reason for my crash


hope this helps because it was driving me insane
