How to join and play on vanilla DayZ Mod servers.

Hello all.

To join vanilla DayZ Mod servers you need to download and launch Arma 2: DayZ Mod from Steam. Once Arma has started, press Multiplayer to see all available servers.

Most vanilla DayZ Mod server admins decided to start using the app ID of Arma 2: DayZ Mod instead of Arma 2 OA on their servers. The reason for this is to make joining a vanilla DayZ Mod server easy, without the need of third-party launchers.
