Computer Usage (Question)

I'm using a computer right now with not enough graphics memory or CPU to play DayZ but I'm looking on upgrading my computer to a new PC Desktop and I was wondering if it would be able to run DayZ smoothly... (Low Graphics) if this is able to run it I will be able to play in about 7 days which I'm super excited for... (Please check out the video)
