Vilayer server pending.. still

I thought big server hosters get insta whitelisting/instance id.

It's doing my head in :( Payed for the server and the days are just being wasted.

I'm more pissed at the fact that they wont even change the renew date to when its actually turned on.

Im just sat refreshing the page every 10 seconds waiting for pending to change to active or something.

Any ideas on how long it takes? It's not "down" its never been up :(

We had so many orders over the weekend we were forced to order new server boxes. Bear with us as your server will be up soon :)

I'm a poor german guy,also waiting for my payed DayZ-Server to go online.

But same as problem as Dark Assasins...it's still pending. :(

If your server is no longer visible, but it was..they`re probably working on your server right now :)

Normally their servers are already whitelisted (HIVE) but i guess if they had to order more boxes - there`s a delay getting them up and running.

Just my guess..

I do agree. Lee needs to hire some guys to help out with the Support side (willing to help out for a few weeks - no charge, just cookies from Johnny :))

kind of defeats the whole purpose of going through vilayer if it takes more than 24 hours to go up, what a waste of money.

same here... server ordered on 2nd July. Server was online yesterday.

Today morning server dissapeared. No answer on support ticket or on their facebook.

So I am waiting for three days for a functional server...

Not really bothered with the delay, the server and web interface seem great.

I have put a ticket in as it seems the white listing isn't working, the server files seem to be correct but the server hangs on startup

I gotta put my own thoughts in here. I ordered a server on the 3rd, it now shows up in my Six Launcher list but is in a waiting state. Ive opened a ticket and had no reply. I contacted Johnny but I had to do it through these forums and while he said he would take a look at it, Ive had no updates on my status. Im not trying to sound impatient but there is no way to really get in contact with someone via the vilayer site. All I want to know is what the status is, "pending" is too ambiguous a term...

I've just ordered a server at Vilayer and now found this thread. I'm a little bit scared and hope Vilayer will handle my order asap... was at least my first choice. :-/

I just wanted to update this. Ive been in contact with the company and they helped me out. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and they had my server up quickly once I got in contact with them. I think their only real issue is contact avenues. They have a TS server:

ts3.vilayer.com

If you go there, your support times should drop dramaticallly.
