No Crosshair nor Iron sights

This seemed to of happened yesterday, but recently it seems every server that I join (Crosshair enabled sever) I don't get my crosshair. And to make matters worse for me when I go to look down my weapon's sights (double clicking rmb) it just zooms in instead, like if its been disabled. This is happening in every server I join and I don't want to restart because I have so many good Items that I've collected...

Here's what I have going:

-Steam Purchased, launched through six launcher.

-No beta patch

-Using windows 7

I don't see this as a hardware issue but if anyone thinks they will need my PC specs anyway just let me know. This has only been a recent issue and never happened before... Much thanks!
