raptorak 2 Posted May 15, 2012 Dear DayZ mod devs, I find myself in China these days and would very much like to play this mod without lagging horribly and give those around here a chance to play the game. I am considering making a server for the region, could somebody please explain how to go about doing that?I have an 8MB fibre connection, hoping that will be enough. AstralProjection 0 Posted May 15, 2012 I don't think an 8mbps connection can hold even around 30 players. If I were you I'd request the server software and then order a dedicated server with at least a 100mbps connection.
