Problems with controller/controls

Recommended Posts

Hi. So I am using an controller (through XPadder) to play DayZ: SA, however since the .60 update I have been having some issues with the controls. The issues I am facing are:

When I try and enter the inventory, (Tab on the KB, which is linked to the "O" button on a PS3/Xbox controller, the right button) the menu opens, where it says Resume, Quit etc.

In order to open the inventory I must press it again and to close it I have to hold Tab ("O" on the controller).

Also when I enter the inventory via the controller, when I move the mouse around (right stick), the guys head/view still moves around, for example, when I have the mouse down the view goes down making it difficult to put something in my inventory. When I press Tab on the KB it works as intended.

I know on most games the "O" is the back button so that may mean something?

Hope this makes sense and thanks for trying to help me. Any help is highly grateful.

On a side note, I love this game.

Edit: I have hand problems where I can't use the KB for long periods. I have all the buttons working through multiple buttons.
