Empty Bags

I keep finding empty bags everywhere. Is it just that people got there before me?

No its bags you can pick up. They dont have anything in them.

Pretty sure they just spawn empty. They're there for you to pick up, though some of them are worse than the coyote backpack, which I don't quite understand..

Either way, if you grab a better bag(Czech, ALICE, Coyote Elite or whatever it's called) then life will be much easier in chernarus. Until you get killed and have to find another one, that is >_>

They seem to spawn everywhere. I have only found a little food and a shotgun but there are so many bags.

The reason you find so many bags is because bags don't despawn when players leave the area like the normal loot does. When a player comes back within range and loot spawns again, it spawns more bags as well and they stay there.

Backpacks spawn as loot and are used to gain more storage.

The sizes goes as:

Czech vest pouch 6

Patrol pack (coyote) 8

Assault pack 12

Czech backpack 16

ALICE bag 20

Backpack (coyote) 24
