Battleye blocked ATI Technologies (Ram) cant play

So for some reason most of the time when I start Dayz I get the message in the battleye box Blocked ATI technologies which is my Ram brand sometimes it doesnt show up and my game runs smoothly really realy smooth

But when ever I do get the message my computer is really slow whenever I hover over the play change server etc it takes ages to turn red / selected and in the background the ground is moving froze moving froze, please help.
