Hello. I have decided to buy DayZ from STEAM in this way I'm asking you guys, If I have to buy Arma 3 first or it doesn't necessarily? Because I want to play this version of Dayz. I've noticed that there is some difference between Arma 3 and Dayz because I noticed that the inventory between the games are different.

This is a mod for Arma 3, so yeah you need to buy Arma 3 for it to work.

Keep in mind that most things in Frankie's vids are completely set up and you'll have nowhere near the same experience going in as he does. Make sure to research accordingly before spending money and prevent yourself from potential disappointment.
