Can zombies hurt you inside vehicles?

is there a diffrens between open vehicles like dirt bike, atv and closed vechicles like car, jeep etc?

can zombies damage the vehicle?

Yes, they can, they can even hit it enough to make it explode.

I notice they can hit through the windows, so generally it's better to be inside a vehicle than to surrond it, like a bike.

I think they can, but it's not common, they damage the vehicle most of the time.

Unless you are in a bike or so.
