Can someone upload me appmanifest_221100.acf from .59 please

I'd really appriciate if someone could upload me appmanifest_221100.acf file from the steamapps folder. I'd need it from someone who is playing on stable .59 branch. I need it cuz without it i need to download 8gb to switch to .59, and i backed up all the files except that one. Please if you can help i would appriciate it.
