DayZ does't won't to start. Help !!!!

Hello Guys.Yesterday i decided to check the new exp 0.60.When it finished with the update i launched it but after the battle eye thing it said:"Unable to locate the running instance of DayZ",SO i closed that thing and  from steam said that-"Unable to launch the game is still working".So i checked it google for the problem,then i oped the task manager to see where the game is in process but i was not able to find it.Then i decided to run it on stable version.When the update finished i launched it and again that thing pop up- "Unable to locate the running instance of Dayz",then i closed it and some weird error pop up-The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002).Click OK to close the program !?.So that's my problem if someone knows how to fix it please help me because i really want to check the new 0.60 EXP.

My PC:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 Haswell 3.30Ghz 

RAM:8GB DDR3 KINGSTON HyperX Fury

GPU: Asus Strix GeForce GTX 960 2GB
