Waiting for Character To Create

Every server gives me this message.

Either that, or it gets stuck on loading :/

Any ideas?

It's a common issue, it usually means the dayz servers are down (they were getting DDoS'd yesterday or the day before, not sure what the update on that is). Changing server might help (look for ones with the most people on). Otherwise wait it out.

I can sometimes get on 20 minutes after or so, sometimes I have to give it a few hours or play at off-peak times.

Ah, okay, yeah - seems to have been doing it constantly though, haven;t played in about 3 days.

I have however been aiming for quieter servers, less chance of getting shot haha
