High FPS still lagging..

Hey Guys I got an high end PC and got 150 fps with all on very low and 70-80 on high. If I play DayZ im still lagging with my high FPS and dont know any reason for this. Every ~3 seconds there is a minilag but the FPS are always the same. Anybody knows a solution ?

 

Windows 10 

Intel Core i7 6700K

MSI Z170A GAMING Pro

32GB G.Skill RipJaws V red DDR4-3000 DIMM

512GB Samsung 950 Pro M.2

1000GB Seagate Desktop HDD

4096MB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Windforce

A lot of people have the same issue and 9 times out of 10 it seems to be because they are running dual monitors. If you are as well, UNPLUG the 2nd monitor from your PC (don't just turn it off) and see if that helps.

I've also heard it is primarily a problem if the monitors are on separate resolutions, try making them the same if possible.
