Help with starting dayz

Hey,

I wanted to play dayz . So I bought  Arma2 & Arma 2 operation arrowhead.

when I download the dayz game on Steam  there are no servers!?  if I want to play Arma 2 online are there servers but few people online  and i can not join any servers.

why is this? want someone help me please!

WTF is SA you unhelpful twit? Why would it tell me I need to purchase an unnecessary/obsolete game? Do I have to contact steam now for a refund. Why the *&^% would you still sell a dead game?

you should find peeps still playing arma II dayz mod.
if you can get a refund get arma III then the dayz mod for that..
or just buy DayZ standalone (SA), 0.59 is in Alpha stage in development,
It's playable not too many game play breaking bugs.
0.60 patch is out fixes a lot of things, and has been optimised and has a new renderer and engine in place.
Runs real nice for me now, but has a very limited amount of servers to try and get on to play.
But as soon as it's stable all is good.
