Lancher not saving paths.

I just installed the standalone launcher for the DayZ mod. When I run it, it asks for the paths for Arma II, OA, and mods. First run, all right that ca happen. I put in the paths and save. Next run, wants the paths. After about five times I decided to edit the .ini directly. Access Denied -.-

Installed to C:\Games. Arma and OA are in C:\Games\Steamapps\common

OS is W10. System admin, yadda yadda.

 

Any tips? Nothing is set to read-only, and I have full read/write permissions for the .ini so I don't understand why I can't edit it. Unless I don't have ownership? Whatever. I just want to set the paths and not have to worry about it ever again.
