I am fairly new to the game and play with a group of friends from work. Last night we found a car that someone had fixed and we stole it and I ... may have accidentally shot the car tire a couple times... ... yeah. so anyway, I have looked around on the forum and cannot seem to find an answer to the question I have. My question is, are there locations or towns that have a higher spawn rate for car parts or tool boxes or is it all random? Thanks in advanced for the answers!
