Non Steam Installation Help?

Ok so i installed ArmA 2 and then Installed Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead (retail version not using Steam versions)

1)Download DayZ Mod files

2)Made a folder named "@DayZ" in my Arma2 folder

3)Inside the "@DayZ" folder i made another folder named "Addons".

4)Unpacked all DayZ Mod files in the "Addons" folder.

5)Made a shortcut to ARMA2 exe file and added "-nosplash -mod=@dayz" without quotes in the target line so it looked like this "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2OA.exe" -noSplash -mod=@dayz

Launched the game using that shortcut with the target line edited, i get to the main menu and there is no @DayZ at the top right, and when i go on the Expansions menu the DayZ isnt and cant be ticked :/ im confused...

Any help??
