Need Help Fixing DayZ

So the last time this happened it was with Arma 3, but in arma i could just ignore battleye and proceed. this time it is different. Whenever i start up dayz a pop up comes up saying that it is blocking the loading of the file: program files/steam/steamapps/common/DayZ/DayZ.exe 

so I have no idea how to fix this and people say it could be a virus and i checked, its not. so other that a virus problem no one else seems to know how to fix it or even has the same problem.

Please help as soon as possible.

What says, it is blocking dayz.exe? Battleye? Windows? Steam? Seems to be an access problem. User rights are wrong or an anti virus program blocks the access to the file.

when i start up the game dayz like when i click the Play button. It comes up with a message that says the file: programfile(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Dayz/Dayz.exe   (it shows up on a cmd)

 

its a problem with battleye but battleye is no help and i did everything on there FAQ and nothing worked.

Did you repair your installation through Steam?
