DayZ Server with Single Database?

Hello All,

I was browsing the server list this whole weekend, and I kept coming across a few servers that stated.

1) "Server side database" or something along those lines.

Does anyone have any details on this matter?

Ah, so it's possible by default to select whether to have your own database or one with the hive? (whitelisting)

I can't remember exactly where I read it as I was googling all over the place for server setup information when I was waiting for my turn in line. I thought I read something on these boards that someone had got it working. There weren't actual details on how to accomplish it though if that's what you're looking for.
