[ARMA 2 Dayz Mod] asc_light_eu error Please Help!

hi first let me list the errors first, I tried screenshots but those didnt work :(

 

First in game : you may not enter blah blah blah because of : asc_lights_eu.pbo missing

then out of the game a window appears saying:     Arma 2 OA: Include File z\addons\dayz_code\system\ca\functions\init.sqf not found

 

Ive tried reinstalling and everything, Im currently using the Dayz Launcher to run this and the downloaded mods are Epoch, Overwatch, and Vanilla. Nothing has worked for me so far even using the start up parameters. Ive tried almost every order and command for those and it still isnt working, multiple friends have this problem and its frustrating considering I bought this game on sale to play a cheaper old dayz that can be fun, but I bought the game a week ago and it is still unplayable (atleast for the dayz mod)
