*An Idea* How About An In Game Meet?

Hi there,

I decided to put this here instead of new players as I didn't want to exclude anyone who might want to join in!

I just got the game a few days ago and am absolutely hooked. So I am still a bit of a noob at it as games like this are not usually my type of thing, however whilst the servers have been down it gots me thinking.

I know this is almost like an open invitation to Bandits but I know once the servers are back up I have a new character and will have nothing to lose, so if anyone is in the same situation would anyone be up for a meet in game to either just chat about tips, techniques or to group up as a team? We could set a time and decide on a centralish location and go from there?

Thoughts?

lol, the problem is that everyone needs to be on a specific server. Not sure how that can be done.

That was one logistic I hadn't figured out yet, as I said it was only an idea at the moment.

We could possibly just see how many people want to meet and find the lowest occupied server at that time? Or we could see about getting one of the *locked* servers that always appear to have no one on them to let us use them for a while.

You are free to organize something like this but I suggest you to organize it in a private way just to try to avoid most of the lolsnipers.

I think this could also be an opportunity to do some old style trading.

Play - That's what I was thinking as well for the more experienced/geared players

Andrej - This too was a logistic I was trying to figure out like maybe PM'ing the location once decided, but again something that needs to be thought out if enough people want to do this.

I've been able to organize some in the past via other means, and everyone was totally cool. So it is possible. We actually went in and cleared out Cherno which at the time was overrun with camping dick-wads ... oh the tears in the side-chat were GLORIOUS I long for the day to repeat itself.

They were accusing us of 'hacking' because we were able to kill them so easily when working as a team, and they were just not used to that.
