Session lost on every server

So last night i decided that I wanted to try the Newui, i did so and joined a server but i was stuck on 1-3 fps for about 2 minutes and got session lost, i tried joining multiple different servers and i had the same problem so i changed all my settings to as low as they can go and i still had the problem so i thought it might be the newui and changed back to the old on but i'm still having the same problem in every server i join.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I was running the game fine on 20-30fps in cherno up until i tried the newui, can't figure out what the problem is.

Same problem here only this happened after i upgraded to windows 10. Sometimes i'm able to join a server but i only get like 5 fps. I think this might be a CPU, GPU problem.
