Are you playing on public or private hive? Have you tried to verify your files through steam? The reason I ask is I had the same issues after returning to Dayz after a few month hiatus, reverified my files and reinstalled battle eye and my issues cleared up. May not work for everyone but it did in my situation

I have reinstall my WINDOWS for this game, now trying play with reinstalled battleye, and i have played 1-2 days ago, and download game AGAIN 1 hour ago and trouble still remains...
