Unconscious and Bleeding

Recommended Posts

I'm currently unconscious and bleeding on the ground. (less than 2000 health remaining) My buddy tried to bandage me up before reviving me, but he was not able to bring up the dialog box. What could be causing this and what are my options at this point?

Should he revive me with an Epipen first?

Is bandaging an unconscious player glitched right now?

Is there anything I can do to make sure the dialog box appears for him? (Log in before him or after him, spawn in front of him or out of sight)

Would switching servers fix the issue?

We are both waiting to log back in and I need advice.

I thought servers were down. You probably need morphine and or a blood bag.

This happened last night. I understand I need those things, but my number one priority is stopping the blood loss. Is it possible to bandage a survivor who is unconscious? It wasn't working last night.

Bandaging a Survivor that is unconscious is POSSIBLE, he needs to look at you, and use the Mouse Wheel to select "bandage wounds" on you. He shouldn't use the Epi-Pen as you might fall unconscious again due to your low blood amount. If you get back up, eat meat (replenishes 800 blod) or better yet, get a blood transfusion.

Thanks for the replies.

We have a plan in place just in case I die.

(Involves using a vehicle and tent to do some swapping. I hope it doesn't have to go that far, because it is in a very risky area.)

Your friend can also try dragging you a few feet if he is not getting the right options. Also going in first person helps target correctly. Have him keep scrolling and moving his crosshair over your body until he gets the right options.

Also a bandage would be best first, or a blood transfusion then bandage, whichever option he sees first. You just need to stop the blood loss or gain blood first.

Hope this helps,

Sturmen

1. Make sure he logs in before you (duh)

2. If he can't see the option in his Action Menu, he can reset it by looking away from you and looking back

3. PM me if you need perimeter security or medical help, I love helping out and am carrying a buttload of medical supplies right now. I can probably bring another couple guys too. However, I don't go down to the Makaroni Coast.

I'll have him try those things. I have exactly 1,945 blood left. I hope he's able to patch me up in time. I guess I'll find out after work. :/

Just to give you all an update. Another member from my group was able to save me with a little more than 300 health left. I was unconscious in one of the large military tents in Stary Sober.

My character is still going strong (2 weeks so far). Thanks guys.
