First mention made of this event on /r/dayz was downvoted and the only comments were people saying that it'd just get ruined by hackers.

 

Well, that didn't happen and the event was a success. It has taken 2 weeks for me to find the time to finish editing, but finally, here are the videos:

 

 

Here's how it worked: I had a piece of paper with a code written on it. Whoever could take this paper from me and tag me on twitter with that code would win $50 in Steam games. If you could capture me, take the note and release me alive, you'd win $100.

 

It all happened on a first person server. In fact, the whole idea was to promote and encourage more activity on 1PP servers.
