I keep punching and it won't stop!

I've logged into two different servers. Theres an issue with punching. I keep doing it. It won't stop. Using a gamepad or unplugging the mouse makes no difference and this is annoying af.

I've had this issue before. I can't remember what exactly I did to fix this because it's only happened when I first bought the game, but have you tried killing yourself?

you either mouse one again or lower your hands if not try a relog if that doesn't work urm do a animation like F3 or something like that
