I spawned into someone else character

My last character was killed. So I made a new one and when I spawned in I was spawned into someone else character. I had a m16, revolver, bunch of ammo for many guns, no food or water with about 200 blood and dropping.

Yes happened to me also last night. After death I was back to normal though.
