Waiting for host

I recently tried to set up a dedicated dayz server. i went through all the setup, and the server seems to be running on the correct IP address and everything, but whenever I or anyone try to connect we get waiting for host.

I tried redownloading the mission file, redownloaded all the dayz files, redownloaded @hive files, nothing

I suppose that it's because of the ddos attack on the Hive.

You may also want to check that your mission file is in the correct folder. It should be in MPMissions and not Missions. I just had this problem recently and thats what fixed it for me.

I'm one of the admins on this server, I've tried the steps emailed to us various times and can't find anything wrong with the setup. The server just will not get past "waiting" status.

Has no one had this problem when trying to host a server?

That error log is saying that you did not copy your addons folder from arm into your OA/Expantions folder

Problem solved! The guide that we were sent misspelled the mission name... added a "r" and server boot!
