Multiple characters on the same computer

Can it be done?

I have two seperate steam accounts with combined ops on them and everything, normally we have two computers that me and another guy play together with, but if I want to play on his computer or vice-versa it just loads up the character from that computer.

The obvious solution would just be to keep playing on two different computers but I am not always able to do this.

Yes it is possible. With two separate steam accounts, each must have a copy of Arma 2 CO. To play either character, you have to log into that certain Steam account that has your character, you just have to log out of your other one before sol

Ex: Steam account 1 has a copy of Arma 2 CO and has a character in the DAYZ database who is a survivor.

Steam account 2 has a copy of Arma 2 CO and has a character in the DAYZ database who is a bandit.

Note: these are both on the SAME computer.
