Freezing error every 5-10 seconds....

I bought it and run it on steam.

The latest as of 7/2/2012.

*Which method are you using to launch the game? I.E Sixupdater/steam/batch file:

*What is the Error/Problem you're having? Please provide screenshots if possible:

I freeze every 5-10 seconds for 2-5 seconds, and when i'm not freezing, it runs extremely smoothly, my pc specs pass, and It isn't framerate decreased it's just, it freezes, like almost a picture.

*Your PC specs:

processor: Athlon II X2 245 Processor 2.90Gz (I understand thats somewhat low) I tried finding my graphics card multiple times, but I'm not sure. But this is a 1 year old computer if that.

*Your Operating System:

Windows 7

I've seen many people with the same issue, with lower and higher specs.

Go to the display tab and find your graphics card.
