Game Freezing

Hello everybody, before I state my issue i want to thank you for reading it. So this past month or so i have been trying to play DayZ standalone with my cousins. Every time i try walking my game locks up for a few seconds. Earlier this month, the game would eventually fix itself and stop lagging but as I started playing more often, it would no longer do so. This has NEVER  been an issue before. I did some research and some people said to delete 'Razor Game Booster' or whatever it is called, though i do not have it. I have tried pretty much everything to my knowledge. I even put everything to very low or, disabled it so i do not think my PC is the issue considering i use to be able to run the game on normal. I would be extremely thankful for any suggestions or ideas on how to cure this issue.

 

(I have restarted my computer)

(Deleted the game and downloaded it again)

(Waited in game without moving to try to let the world load)

Nevermind I found the issue, Just needed to clean out some Mal-Ware.
